        How to set mail preferences?

  1. Login    ð  Navigation Bar ð Options ð Personalization ð Mail Preferences.

  2. Configure the following preferences as best suits your needs:

  • From name

  • Number of days before emptying the trash folder

  • Web mail theme

  • Interface language

  • Message ordering

  • Whether to display HTML emails

  • Number of displayed messages

  • Message headers

  • Sort orders

  1. Click “save” to set the new preferences.
